Welded Gabion Mesh
Welded Gabion is made of welded wire mesh panels assembled with spirals, locking pins and stiffener. Each gabion panel is composed of rugged high tensile wire coated by a thick, corrosion-resistant layer of zinc.
Welded wire gabion mesh is made of high quality low carbon steel wire, in strict accordance through automation, precision, accurate mechanical equipment processing forming after welding, then uses electric galvanized, hot dip galvanized, PVC or PE coated surface treatment after every process such as surface passivity, plasticizing processing.
Welded wire gabion mesh is use spiral bind silk and the front and back welding forming panel to be together, floor diaphragm compression after assembled, packaged with net cover. Stone fill samples, minimum 10 total pieces of varying specified size range.
We build a mockup to verify selections made under sample submittals and to demonstrate aesthetic effects and set quality standards for materials and execution:
Construct at least one (1) 3 foot by 3 foot by 3 foot (one cell) mockup of assembled gabion, complete with specified stone fill, for review and approval by customers.
Contractor may utilize mockup in final constructed installation provided that the mockup is located correctly on the project site and includes all required base materials, geotextile and other construction requirements according to these specifications and the project drawings.
