Rust prevention method for expanded metal

1. Add some rare elements and other ingredients to ordinary steel to change the internal structure of the metal.
2. Cover the metal surface with a protective layer to isolate the surrounding corrosive media, thereby preventing the anti-corrosion effect. For example: apply engine oil, vaseline, paint or cover enamel, PVC and other corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials on the surface of the steel plate; use electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing, spraying and other methods to plate a layer of zinc, chromium, nickel, etc. on the surface of the steel plate; use chemical methods to form a fine and stable oxide film on the surface of the steel. For example, a fine black ferroferric oxide film is formed on the surface of steel plate parts such as machine parts, guns and cannons.
3. Wipe metal equipment frequently or place desiccant in precision instruments and add a small amount of corrosion inhibitor to the corrosive medium to slow down the corrosion rate.
